Eligibility

Primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and dentists

Practice Sites

Practice obligation of one year in an underserved area of West Virginia for each year of funding
May be used for loan repayment, residency stipends, loan forgiveness, locum tenens support, or other incentives approved by the WV Bureau for Public Health

Amount Available

$20,000/year to a community sponsor who provides 50/50 matching funds
Maximum 4 years of funding ($80,000 Total)

Practice obligations may be served concurrently
