MS Exchange Archival Policy

All Exchange items sent and received from/to your account stay resident on the Exchange servers for a period of 120 days. Auto archiving is set to run every 7 days where Exchange items older than 120 days are moved to your Outlook archive. After 180 days, non-archived items (messages, calendar, task items) will be moved to the trash. The trash will be emptied after 7 days, but the items will be recoverable for up to 14 days from original deletion date. The Outlook client is required for archiving functionality. Entourage (Mac client) requires third-party software for automatic archiving.
