Intranet Announcements

Intranet announcements should be submitted to Applications / Web Services at intranet@lists.hsc.wvu.edu.

You must include the following in your email:

• The school for which the announcement is being posted
  
  
• Effective date of the event
  (when the event takes place)
  
  
• Short announcement statement
  (must be less than 400 characters)
  
  
• Long announcement statement
  (if desired)
  
  
• Provide any additional pdf attachments (flyer, brochure, etc.) for announcement

A web developer will be in touch with you should they have any questions regarding your intranet announcement. The announcement will be posted within 24 business hours if no revisions are necessary. You will receive an email once your announcement has been posted.
