Library Study Room Reservation Request Form

This form is for requesting the Library Study Rooms. Reservation Policies of the HSC Library vary from those of ITS Room Scheduling. Please see below for more details.

Important: While all attempts are made to book requested rooms, if the room is not available, a comparable room will be booked. Check the confirmation sheet or e-mail carefully to verify your reservation. It is the responsibility of the requestor to know which room is confirmed. Submission of this form does not guarantee your reservation.

Please complete the entire form - We cannot fill incomplete requests.

• Study Room reservations may be made by using this web form.
• Room reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
• Rooms cannot be reserved for the same day that the request is made. No exceptions.

Study room reservations may be made for a maximum of four hours per person per day.
Reservations will be held for only 15 minutes after which the room becomes available on a first-come first-serve basis. If you leave the room for any 15-minute period during your reserved time, the reservation is void and the room becomes available for use on a first-come first-serve basis. No exceptions.

If the room is not reserved, use is on a first-come first-serve basis. The room reservation schedule will be posted by each room first thing each morning.

Do not leave any personal valuables in the room. In addition, you are liable for any library books, reserve CDs/DVDs, or other library materials that you use within the room.
