HSC Hardware / Software Pre-purchase Questionnaire PolicyRegardless of funding source and prior to ordering any computing equipment and/or software to be installed on the HSC Network, please complete this questionnaire to be reviewed by Information Technology Services to ensure compatibility and compliance with HSC Network policies and procedures. Please attach equipment/software technical specification sheet or quotation below. Approval and/or denial status will be sent to the requestor's email address within 1 business day with explanation where applicable. Once approval is received, your department may place the order for the approved equipment/software. Failure to complete this questionnaire and obtain approval prior to purchasing may result in the need to return non-compliant equipment and/or software or in the loss of funds. Thank you. |
