Password Change

IMPORTANT NOTE:This password change will alter your HSC Network login credentials.  Your HSC account is used for email, file/print services, SOLE, wireless, and Merlin access (when applicable).

When you click on the CLICK HERE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD link at the bottom of this page, you will be prompted for:

• Your user name
• Your current password
• New Password
• Confirm New Password

Password Requirements

Passwords must meet the following complexity requirements:

• Not contain all or part of the user's account name
• Be at least eight characters in length
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphanumeric characters, (!, @, #, $, etc.)
• Password must be changed every 90 days
• Password must be different from previous three passwords

NOTE: You will automatically be locked out after three unsuccessful password attempts. You may contact the HSC Help Desk or your CSC to get your account unlocked.

Fill out the form and click Change Password.  You will then be directed to a page confirming that your password change was successful.
