To change your MS Exchange ActiveSync Email Password from your Windows Mobile Device:
- Unlock the device using your 4 digit device password
- On the mobile device, from the home screen, click Start, and then Programs
- Click on ActiveSync.
- Click Menu, and the Configure Server
- Click Next
- Highlight the old password (which will be a series of dots), and type in your new HSC MasterID password
- Make sure that “Save Password” box is checked
- Press Next
- Press Finish
This only changes the password in your Windows Mobile device and does not change your MasterID.
