GroupWise Messenger PolicyGroupWise Instant Messenger is provided to WVU Health Sciences Center users as a productivity tool for Instant Messaging communications. WVU Health Sciences Center does not routinely monitor Instant Messaging conversations or transmissions. However, the University and the Health Sciences Center reserves the right to access, review and release all electronic information that is transmitted over or stored in University systems or facilities, whether or not such information is private in nature, and therefore complete confidentiality or privacy of Instant Messaging cannot be guaranteed.
