Depository Journals

All Health Sciences Library Journals published before 1980 are located at the WVU Libraries Depository which is off campus.

To request articles located in the Depository, search for the journal title in MountainLynx. Under the Holdings Information, click on Request from Depository. This will take you to ILLiad to request the article. Sign in or register if you have not used lLLiad before. Fill in the citation information for the article and press request article. Articles will be sent to you electronically, normally within 1-2 business days.

Locating Journals at WVU

  • To see if the WVU Libraries has a journal, access Mountainlynx.
  • Enter the full title of the journal in the Enter Search Terms box.
  • Change the Search By to Journal/Magazine/Newspaper.
  • Select the Search button.
