Reserves

Course Reserves supports instruction at the WVU Health Sciences Center by making course readings available for students in the library or electronically. Various types of materials may be placed on reserve: books, book chapters, copies of periodical articles, audio tapes, slides, video tapes, old tests, solutions to homework problems, etc. Course reserves are available at the circulation desk. Electronic reserves or eReserves are available online.

Some reserve materials are available electronically. To access them, click on the link above and log in.

Course Reserves

To access course reserves:

  • In the MountainLynx Catalog, select the Course Reserve button. You may search by instructor, department, course, or section.
  • Request needed material by the instructor's name, then the course name & number at the circulation desk.
  • Present your Mountaineer Card or barcoded West Virginia University Library Card to check out material.

Loan Period
Two hours (in Library use only); one renewal is permitted.

Overdue Fines
2 cents per minute.
