Alex Lubman earned his Master's Degree in Public History from West Virginia University. He manages the Evaluation Oversight Coordinating Unit's (EOCU) evaluation of the Communities Closing the Gap After-School Program and serves as program manager for the evaluation of the WV PRC. Prior to joining EOCU, Alex worked at WVU's Office of Health Services Research where he managed the State Census Data Center and the evaluation of the Health Sciences Technology Academy (HSTA), and the Office of Rural Health, where he evaluated the Rural Health Education Partnerships (RHEP) program.
