Catherine is a program coordinator for Clean Indoor Air Programs in the Evaluation Oversight and Coordinating Unit.  She holds a Master of Public Policy from Rutgers University and is a certified tobacco treatment specialist.  She has over twenty years experience in human service, public policy, and staff development. Prior to joining T2R2, she worked with the Wellness Council of West Virginia on workplace clean indoor air policies and tobacco cessation.  She served as an Environmental Educator with the Peace Corps in Guatemala.
