Timed pregnancies and subsequent embryo collection can be performed by AMIF.  Simply send a request form or email to mhollander@hsc.wvu.edu at least one week in advance indicating which females you want to use for the timed pregnancies (either specific ID numbers or genotype information is fine), how many females you want set up, genotype and/or ID of males to use, and the age of the embryos you need.  Mindy can either bring the pregnant females to you or dissect out the embryos and fix them in 4% paraformaldehyde.  Please indicate in your written request which you would prefer.
