This Core provides consulting services in bioinformatics and biostatistics to CoBRE members and mentors, researchers in the MBRCC, scientists in HSC at WVU, researchers throughout the University, and scientists in industry and governmental facilities. The principal areas of consulting are in microarray design and analysis, 2-D gel electrophoresis design and analysis, mass spectrometry data analysis, graphs and networks, biostatistics, programming support, high performance computing, sequence analysis and comparison, molecular dynamics and database design and implementation.
