Blue Cross Blue Shield of West Virginia requires notice of secondary insurance
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of West Virginia needs to know if its members have secondary insurance.
All employees who have the WVUH health plan are required to notify Highmark, even if they do not have secondary insurance coverage. Failure to notify Highmark may result in claims not processing correctly.
Members can notify Highmark as follows:
- Call 1-800-914-4872.
- Complete the online questionnaire at www.mybenefitshome.com.
- Print and mail the completed Coordination of Benefits form to PO Box 7026, Wheeling, WV 26003.
