Carla Beavers named Volunteer of the Month

The WVU Medicine Volunteer of the Month for September is Carla Beavers, a junior volunteer who serves at Rosenbaum Family House. She has provided 276 hours of service since summer 2014.

"Carla has shown tremendous commitment as she volunteers weekly at the Rosenbaum Family House," Jeridan Green, who nominated Beavers, said. "Despite her schoolwork, extracurricular activities, including track and soccer, and a part-time job, Carla still finds time to help on the weekends with a cheerful and welcoming attitude."
