Clean sweep: WVU Healthcare adding polish with high-level clean-up project

Beginning Wednesday, May 13, Environmental Services (EVS) will be working with SaniGlaze and Winans Services Company to refinish 150,000 square feet of flooring throughout Ruby Memorial Hospital. These contractors will scrub the floors, clean the edges and baseboards and apply two coats of resilient floor protector.

Another company, EquipSystems, will conduct deep cleaning, bar coding and documentation for hospital rolling stock and other Nursing unit items in the following areas:

  •     6 East
  •     7 East
  •     8th-floor units
  •     Interventional Radiology
  •     Cancer Center
  •     Emergency Department
  •     Public areas near elevators
