Reminder: Friday is flu shot deadline for all employees

As a reminder, WVU Medicine employees have until Friday, Nov. 13, to receive the flu vaccine in order to be compliant with the mandatory influenza policy. Prior to receiving the flu shot, employees must complete the ReadySet Influenza Survey. To access it, go to http://connect.wvuhealthcare.com/employee-health/home/readyset-myhealth/.  

All WVU Medicine employees, regardless of whether they provide patient care, are required to receive the flu shot. To clarify any misunderstandings, employees are encouraged to review the policy.

Employee Health is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to all employees. The clinic is open from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information about the flu vaccine, visit the Employee Health Flu Campaign page.

Please do not wait until the end of the day Friday to receive your flu shot. Employee Health will follow normal operating hours on November 13 and will close promptly at 4:30 p.m.
