Community input needed for Harrison, Doddridge Community Health Needs Assessment

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — United Hospital Center in conjunction with the WVU School of Public Health is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment for Harrison and Doddridge counties, and your input is needed.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Your responses will not be associated with you in any way.

The results will be used by the hospital and community partners to identify the most pressing health issues facing our community. The survey can be accessed online at www.uhcwv.org or www.surveymonkey.com/r/HarissDodd.

We also invite you to participate in a round table discussion at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 28 at UHC in classrooms three and four, garden level. Tell us what you think are the major health challenges facing Harrison and Doddridge counties.

RSVP by June 24 by e-mailing Eavasile@hsc.wvu.edu or by calling 304-293-0580 by June 24. A light breakfast will be provided.

The round table discussion will be facilitated by the WVU School of Public Health as part of the Harrison Doddridge County Community Health Needs Assessment for UHC.
