Community input needed in Upshur County Community Health Needs Assessment

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – St. Joseph’s Hospital in conjunction with the West Virginia University School of Public Health is conducting the Upshur County Community Health Needs Assessment, and your input is needed. 

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Your responses will not be associated with you in any way. 

The results will be used by the hospital and community partners to identify the most pressing health issues facing our community.
