Construction causing new traffic pattern at Evansdale Urgent Care site

Fine Arts Drive, a new road between the WVU Creative Arts Center (CAC) and the WVU Health and Education building (HEB), will open to traffic starting Saturday, Aug. 1.

However, the Patteson Drive entrance to this area, which includes WVU Student Health, International Travel Medicine, Urgent Care Evansdale, Occupational Medicine Clinic, Mountaineer Pharmacy and the WVU Carruth Center, will be closed until Saturday, Aug. 15.

All traffic to the HEB and the WVU Rec Center must enter campus from the light at Mon Boulevard (across from the WVU Arboretum and the CAC), proceed along Evansdale Drive past the CAC and turn left onto Fine Arts Drive to Rec Center Drive.

The HEB parking lot is the first left hand turn off of Rec Center Drive. Park in the gated lot and pick up a ticket, which will be validated at the time of your visit.
