Deadline for Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL extended

The deadline for the 2018 Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL has been extended to Monday, Feb. 19 (no later than 5 p.m.) for all regular and contract employees of UHA and WVUH. It is available in NetLearning.

A list of employees who have not completed the CBL at that time will be provided to Human Resources for appropriate disciplinary action to be initiated in accordance with WVUH Administrative Policy V.230.

The CBL has been assigned to accommodate the growing diversity of the organization and the potential that any employee could have a conflict related to outside activities. Per UHA and WVUH policies, all employees, including providers, are required to complete an annual Conflict of Interest and Disclosure statement and report any potential conflicts that may have occurred during previous calendar year.
