Supporting OLLI through your estate plans does not always require you to make an appointment with an attorney. 

Naming the WVU Foundation as the after-death beneficiary of an IRA or other retirement account can be accomplished with a simple form available from the plan administrator.  Then letting the Foundation staff know that your future gift is to support the OLLI program (for operations, expansion of classes, technology needs, or classroom upgrades) will assure that good result.
