Educational sessions, vote on new collective bargaining agreement to be held Friday

Members of the WVUH and Union negotiating committee reached a tentative agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement on Wednesday, Jan. 18.

The agreement has been endorsed by Local 814 by its Business Manager Chris Cordwell and the Union Bargaining Committee.

Educational/informational sessions will take place on Friday, Jan. 20. The vote on the contract will occur the same day. Both will occur from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Bruce McClymonds Conference Center, located on the first floor of the new southeast tower. The Hospital encourages all eligible employees to exercise their right to vote and will instruct supervisors to cooperate in ensuring you have the opportunity to exercise this right.
