Emergency Medicine faculty members ride in Hilly Billy Roubaix

Ultrasound fellow wins Women's Open

Some WVU Department of Emergency Medicine faculty members recently participated in the 2015 Hilly Billy Roubaix, the 72"ish" mile gravel road, mountain and cyclo-cross bike race. Sponsored by the Appalachian Bicycle Racing Association, the event took place at Mylan Park and on five abandoned Roads, Hollers and Hills around Morgantown and southwestern Pennsylvania.

Ultrasound Fellow Nicole Dorinzi, M.D., took first place in the Women's Open with a time of 4 hours, 52 minutes. Also participating in the Women's Open were Justine Pagenhardt, M.D., fifth place, 5 hours 35 minutes, and Erin Setzer, M.D., 10th place, 7 hours 8 minutes.

Ultrasound Fellowship Director Joseph Minardi, M.D., captured 10th place in the Clydesdale race with a time of 7 hours, 7 minutes.
