Employees invited to participate in 'Wear Teal Day' photo shoot

The WVU Cancer Institute invites employees to participate in a "Wear Teal Day" photo shoot on Friday, Jan. 20, at 1 p.m. in the atrium at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center.

All are welcome! Just wear teal – and encourage your friends and colleagues to do the same.

The photo will be used to promote Cervical Health Awareness Month, which is recognized in January. Nearly 13,000 women in the United States are dignosed with cervical cancer each year, but the disease is virtually always preventable with vaccination and appropriate screening (Pap and HPV tests).
