Employees invited to share Morgantown Marathon photos

Are you participating in the WVU Medicine Morgantown Marathon – as a runner, volunteer, or spectator? Share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! Tag WVU Medicine, use the hashtag #RunMotown, and WVU Medicine may share your photos.

The marathon events kick off with the Family Fun Run at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at Monongalia County Ballpark.

The marathon’s Health and Wellness Expo, featuring some WVU Medicine experts, will run from 1-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, and noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at the National Guard Readiness Center, 90 Army Band Way, Morgantown. It’s free and open to everyone.

Also on Saturday will be the Mountain Mama 8K at 8 a.m. in Evansdale. The half marathon and full marathon begin at 7 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18.

All of these events are great opportunities to take photos and share them!
