Employees who live in Monongalia County invited to take Community Health Needs Assessment survey

Every three years, nonprofit hospitals are required to conduct Community Health Needs Assessments and develop implementation plans for how the health needs of county residents will best be addressed.

WVU Medicine – Ruby Memorial Hospital is partnering with the WVU School of Public Health and the Monongalia County Health Department (MCHD) to complete the assessment and develop an improvement plan. These two groups recognize the importance of hearing from citizens who benefit from and receive healthcare services.

The School of Public Health and MCHD want to integrate your valuable input and engage the county-wide community in the assessment and planning efforts of this work. They are conducting a brief survey, which is open only to Monongalia County residents: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/communityhealth_assessment. It takes about five minutes to complete.
