End-of-life care conference slated for April 5
The West Virginia Center for End-of-Life Care is hosting its annual workshop, Creating an Advance Care Plan, Wednesday, April 5, at the Bridgeport Conference Center. Registration is required, and the deadline is Friday, March 24.
The course is appropriate for all physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and attorneys who assist patients and family members with difficult end-of-life decisions and completion of advance directives and POST (Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment) forms.
