FormFast, a new application to print patient forms, consents, labels and armbands, is now being used throughout WVU Healthcare.

The FormFast application, available in the Applications section of CONNECT, has replaced Optio MedEx, which is being discontinued effective Saturday, March 28. Employees who need access and/or trained on FormFast can contact the IT Customer Service Center at 304-598-4357. A tip sheet has been developed to assist employees.

The Epic/Optio Downtime Database application is not being discontinued but should only be used when labels are needed during downtimes.
