Free clinical breast exams being offered on March 14

Free clinical breast exams will be available at a WVU Cancer Institute screening event on Monday, March 14, from 4-8 p.m. A clinical breast exam is a physical exam of the breast performed by a healthcare provider to check for lumps and other changes as defined by the National Cancer Institute.

Participants will be guided to the Betty Puskar Breast Care Center for further screening, if needed. Mammograms may also be scheduled for that evening. Funding is available so that all women over age 40 can have mammography screening.
