Free continuing education program on Oct. 20 open to all healthcare professionals
The North Central West Virginia Chapter of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association will host a free continuing education program from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20. The event will take place at Atria's at the Holiday Inn, located along Pineview Drive in Morgantown.
Two CE credits will be available, including 0.7 hours of pharmacology. All healthcare professionals are invited to attend.
Janel Trovato-Vass, APRN, will present "Antiplatelet Therapy Post-ACS: Choosing the Right Therapy for the Right Duration," wihle Vicki Chase, RN, MSN, CDE will discuss "Making the Link: Cardiometabolic Risk, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular Disease.'
