Headley, Wallace move into new roles

Dee Headley has been named director for technology assessment at WVU Medicine - Ruby Memorial Hospital.

In her new role, Headley will be responsible for the strategic technology program, which includes capital budgeting and purchasing. She will be in charge of equipment oversight for Ruby Memorial's new southeast tower.

Headley has been with WVU Medicine for 30 years, most recently as administrative director of radiology, a role she held for 14 years.

Karyn Wallace will succeed Headley as administrative director of radiology. She will be responsible for the physician practice of Radiology and operations in Ruby Memorial.

Wallace began her career in the Department of Radiology in 2002 as a PET/CT technologist. Most recently, she served as the department’s administrator for nearly three years.

Wallace earned her undergraduate degree in nuclear medicine technology from Wheeling Jesuit University and a Master of Business Administration degree from WVU.
