HR conducts annual salary review
The WVU Medicine Human Resources (HR) department has completed its annual review of salaries for non-union employees of WVU Hospitals (WVUH) and University Health Associates (UHA). As a result of this review, employees can find their new rate of pay in the HRIS system, Ultimate.
Log into Ultimate using the following link http://connect.wvuhealthcare.com/Information-Technology/Applications. WVUH employees should select "Ultimate (WVUH)." UHA employees should select "Ultimate (UHA/WVUPC/WVUDC/BRNI)." Once logged in, hover over "Myself," and click the "Compensation" link under "Personal."
Pay increases were effective Dec. 20, 2015, and were reflected in paychecks, starting Jan. 8.
Employees with questions about their pay increase should contact their supervisor.
HR staff encourages employees to consider taking advantage of the organization's 403(b) retirement programs. Both a pre-tax program, which includes a company match for eligible employees, and a Roth post-tax program are offered.
For those employees who already participate in a retirement program, this may be a good opportunity to increase your contribution.
