IT requests password changes, offers FAQ list for staff following malware event

WVU Medicine Information Technology (IT) has come up with some FAQs about the recent malware attack.

Also, because of this incident, IT is requiring that all users change their password as a precautionary measure. 

Staff will receive an email with a notification that passwords are expiring and must be reset by Tuesday, March 29.

If you use MobileIron to access email on a smart phone, place that phone in Airplane Mode prior to changing your password to avoid locking your account.
