List of approved vendors added to 'Branding Toolbox & Maps' page on CONNECT

A list of approved vendors has been added to the Branding Toolbox & Maps page on CONNECT.

WVU Medicine employees should use the list as a reference when considering ordering branded items, such as lapel pins, umbrellas, embossed folders, coffee mugs, apparel, and everything in between. The list will be updated periodically.

When ordering, please feel free to contact these vendors directly and work with them to fulfill your orders for branded giveaways.

The list itself is compiled and managed by the WVU Office of Trademark and Licensing, as the WVU Medicine brand is licensed by West Virginia University. If there are questions about logo design, the vendors are required to engage the Office of Trademark and Licensing directly. The Department of Marketing and Communications works with that office if there are issues related to design.

It should also be noted that WVU Medicine employees and departments should consult Marketing and Communications when they need materials, such as invitations, that will go to the public. WVU Medicine employees should not hire an outside design firm for any reason.
