Mark your calendar: WVU Medicine Spine Conference set for Nov. 4

The WVU Medicine Spine Conference will be held Friday, Nov. 4, from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Morgantown Event Center at Waterfront Place.

This conference will educate physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, and chiropractors on advances in treatment of spine pain.

This conference is designed to address the wide range of clinical findings associated with the care of patients with spinal conditions, including the history and physical exam, spine imaging, treatment of cervical/lumbar pain and operative indications, non-surgical treatment options, and advances in medication treatment of spine pain.

Lecture format and case presentations will provide the attendee with take-home strategies for the improved evaluation and treatment of patients with these conditions.
