New employee onboarding revamped to better support new hires

Beginning April 7, New Employee Onboarding (NEO) will follow a new approach to how employees begin their careers at WVU Healthcare.

NEO will integrate aspects of WVU Healthcare’s culture, standards, and policies and procedures in a newly-designed NEO experience. This change will help to welcome and prepare the newest employees for their journey at WVU Healthcare.
