New Observation Unit opens in Ruby

An Observation Unit opened at 3 West in Ruby Memorial Dec. 17. Eight beds opened with an additional five beds scheduled to open Dec. 22.

The Unit is located adjacent to the Emergency Department; the telephone numbers have yet to be determined.

Ruby has two other Observation Units that feature 29 beds. There are 22 observation beds on 6 North and seven beds on 2 East.
