The new salad bar and entrée stations are open at the Ruby Cafeteria as the expansion and remodel continues into Phase Three today (Friday, Aug. 25).

During Phase Three, which should last about eight weeks, the deli, pizza area, and Ruby on the Run will close. Pizza will be available in the new entrée area and pre-packaged sandwiches will be offered in the coolers next to the entrance. Ruby on the Run items will be located within the cafeteria on a new grab-and-go island cooler by the beverage station.

The cafeteria hours will be adjusted to allow for the purchase of grab-and-go items.

At the end of Phase Three, the deli and pizza stations will re-open and the deli bar will have a more customer-friendly, two-service-sided design. The pizza station will not only have a hot foods section but will have an additional made-to-order, fresh ingredients menu option space.

Nutrition Services apologizes for any inconvenience during this transition and thanks employees for their patience during the construction. The renovation project will accommodate the growing needs of the facility.
