New web pages highlight WVU Medicine leaders

Our facilities aren’t the only thing that is growing at WVU Medicine.

We’ve also expanded our leadership positions to ensure a seamless and efficient operation . Our continued growth, both inside and outside the institution, is to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality care for the patients we serve.

A new CONNECT website gives an overview of our leaders and also, a little bit about their background.

What’s more, a department or unit can request a leader to speak and answer questions at an upcoming meeting. Employees can make this request via the Institute for Patient Experience website.

“We want to hear about your challenges and successes, and visit your departments,” said Chief Experience Officer Todd Crocco, M.D. “We want to make ourselves available and keep an ongoing dialogue with staff.

“We know that it’s the employees – those working hard every day to help us achieve our mission – that make us great,” Dr. Crocco continued. “And we want to do everything we can to support their efforts. We also want to let you know that we’re open to hear your comments and questions about some of the latest WVU Medicine initiatives or anything that’s on your mind.”
