Nurses encouraged to complete online survey

WVU Hospitals has been approved to participate in a multi-site research study on staff nurse perceptions of nurse manager caring behaviors. All WVUH registered nurses who work in inpatient units are encouraged to complete an online survey.

Information gained from this study will be used to determine if the survey accurately represents staff nurse perceptions of manager caring behaviors. Nurse manager caring behaviors may influence nurse job satisfaction and nursing retention.
