Off-campus parking change announced

Parking at the WVU Medicine Corporate Office Building (formerly ROC 2) is now restricted to employees who work at that location, along with those conducting business (e.g., meetings, training) there. That change became efective on Nov. 23.

Others who were parking at the Corporate Office Building and riding the shuttle to the WVU Medicine campus to get to their workplace are now be required to park at either Research Park or at a new location in Star City, near the Golden Corral restaurant. View a map of the location.

The shuttle at both locations runs continually from Monday at 5 a.m. through Saturday at 8 a.m. The shuttle does not run on observed WVU Medicine holidays.

A shuttle service will continue to be available between the Corporate Office Building and J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital weekdays between 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Employees who work at the Corporate Office Building will soon be getting a new parking permit for that area.

Parking at the Corporate Office Building is strictly enforced. Those parking illegally will be towed at the owner’s expense.

WVU Medicine employees who work at the WVU Health Sciences Center also have the option of parking near the Fieldcrest Building. Learn more.
