OLLI at WVU to host watch party for 2015 White House Conference on Aging

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Medicare, Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, as well as the 80th anniversary of Social Security. The 2015 White House Conference on Aging is an opportunity to recognize the importance of these key programs and to look ahead to the issues that will help shape the landscape for older Americans for the next decade. This conference is going to be streamed live and is using all aspects of social media to encourage a nationwide involvement.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU will host a watch party from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, July 13, in OLLI’s Classroom B at the Mountaineer Mall. The conference is open to the public.
