Panini Pete's opens at the Market@WVU

Panini Pete's, a new restaurant option at the WVU Health Sciences Center's Market@WVU, opened on Dec. 1. The restaurant replaces EIO & The Hive.

The change comes after customers expressed a strong interest for an extended menu featuring salads, sandwiches, and soups. Panini Pete’s will also feature fresh coffee and juices.

“The menu will offer a wider range of affordable options, while also addressing the demand for more salads,” said Dan Simpson, managing partner with Fresh Hospitality.  

With the addition of Panini Pete’s, the current restaurants in the Market@WVU, Hugh Baby’s and Little Donkey, will soon be adding breakfast items to their menus, giving customers multiple options for every meal of the day.
