The Security Office, located on the fourth floor of Ruby Memorial (Room 4C51), is revalidating parking permits through Friday, July 29. Office hours are 6:30-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All WVU Medicine employees and residents who park on campus, in the Gold-South Parking Garage, and at Research Park, along with those with a handicapped permit, will need to bring the Vehicle Registration Form, available on CONNECT, completely filled out, along with their permit and photo ID badge, to receive revalidation or the new static cling decal.
Employees will receive a new repositionable decal that is to be placed on their windshield above the inspection sticker; this decal will replace the yellow decal that was issued last year.
No parking permits will be given without the completion of the parking form, no exceptions.
Ticketing will be limited in July due to the revalidations.
If your permit becomes lost or stolen, there will be a $20 (cash only) replacement fee.

Off-campus employees:
Parking revalidation for employees who work at off-campus locations will be scheduled later this summer.
These buildings include the Information Technology Center (formerly the ROC) and the WVU Medicine Corporate Office (formerly ROC 2). Arrangements have already been made with UTC and Scott Avenue. Email Crystal Williams with questions.
Employees who park in Lot 81:
These employees will receive their permits via campus mail from Mountaineer Station; call 304-293-5502 with questions.
