Parking permit revalidation underway

The Security Office, located on the fourth floor of Ruby Memorial (Room 4C51), is revalidating parking permits from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 31. Office hours are 6:30-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

All WVU Medicine employees and residents who park in front of Ruby or in the Gold-South Parking Garage, or those with a handicapped permit will need to bring the Vehicle Registration Form, available via CONNECT, completely filled out, along with their permit and photo ID badge, to receive revalidation or the new static cling decal. 

Employees will receive a new repositionable decal that will be placed on their windshield above the inspection sticker; this decal will replace the gold decal that was issued last year.

No parking permits will be given without the completion of the parking form, no exceptions.

Ticketing will be limited in July due to the revalidations.

If your permit becomes lost or stolen, there will be a $20 (cash only) replacement fee.

Please call 304-598-4029 to make arrangements to have your permit revalidated.

Off-campus employees:

Parking revalidation for the off-site buildings will be scheduled the first week of August.

These buildings include ROC I, ROC II and White Birch. Arrangements have already been made with UTC and Scott Avenue. Email Crystal Williams with questions.

Employees who park in Lot 81:

These employees should have received their permits via campus mail. For those who have not received their permits, please call the Mountaineer Station at 304-293-5502.
