Participate in the engagement survey and let your voice be heard

Your input is valued and helps strengthen the organization. That’s why we’re surveying WVU Medicine employees and WVU School of Medicine faculty again this summer.

The online employee and faculty engagement surveys are available now through Tuesday, Sept. 8. A link to each survey is available on CONNECT.

The employee survey is for all WVU Medicine employees and advanced practice providers who have been on the payroll since June 1, 2015.

Employees who work at the following locations will not be surveyed: WVU Dental Corporation, Fairmont East Clinic, Marion Medical Associates, WVU Neurosurgery/Wheeling, Potomac Valley Hospital, University Healthcare Physicians (UHP), University Healthcare and West Virginia United Health System (Fairmont office and Procurement).

The faculty survey is open to benefit-eligible faculty members – physicians, psychologists, social workers and certified nurse midwives – with a minimum FTE of .53 who have been on the payroll since June 1, 2015, and are based in Morgantown.

Since resident satisfaction is assessed through GME survey tools, this group does not participate in the survey.

Please take the time to complete this year’s survey. The 2015 WVU Medicine Performance Improvement Plan survey goal is a participation rate of 87 percent for both employees and faculty.
