The engagement surveys for the clinical faculty in the WVU School of Medicine and employees of WVU Medicine end soon.
The faculty engagement survey ends at midnight on Tuesday. And the employee engagement survey ends at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Survey links are available on CONNECT.
The faculty survey is open to benefit-eligible faculty members – physicians, psychologists, social workers, and certified nurse midwives – with a minimum FTE of .53 who have been on the payroll since June 1, 2016. Residents are not eligible to participate because resident satisfaction is assessed through GME survey tools.
The employee survey is for all WVU Medicine employees and advanced practice providers who have been on the payroll since June 1, 2016.
The Center for Education and Organizational Development (CEOD) completed a random drawing and selected two winning reporting groups from among those achieving 100 percent participation on the employee survey during its first two weeks. The winning departments were UTC Pediatrics and Patient Financial Services.
There will be another drawing after the close of the survey to select two winners from groups that achieve 100 percent during the last two weeks of the survey process.
Also, after the close of the employee survey, Press-Ganey will provide CEOD with the names of two individual prize winners, drawn at random, who completed the employee survey. This year’s prizes will be gift baskets.
