The new grill and beverage stations are now open at the Ruby Cafeteria. Phase Two of the expansion remodel began June 28 with the closing of the entrée line and salad bar area.

Phase Two should last approximately eight weeks. Entrées will be available in the new grill area, and pre-packaged salads will be offered in the coolers, next to the entrance.

When the Phase Two stations reopen, the salad bar will have a more customer-friendly, two-sided design. The entrée station will not only have a hot foods section but will have an additional cook-to-order, fresh ingredients menu option space.

Nutrition Services apologizes for any inconvenience during this transition and thanks employees for their patience during the construction. The renovation project will accommodate the growing needs of the facility.
